  1. Crossing & scramble

Arrive from Asakusa. Coffee at Fuglen first.

  2. Meiji Jingu

Walk in through the forest path. Quiet hour.

  3. Omotesando

No agenda. Let the street decide.

  4. Golden Gai

Two bars, then home. Leo has a reservation.

A whole trip.Not another tab.

Serend is the trip, in one place. From the first neighborhood you read about to the agency that takes you there.

  1. 01

    Research that actually goes somewhere

Most trip research dies in forty tabs. Serend gathers places, hours, and the notes you’d actually use — then pins them to the days you plan.

  2. 02

An itinerary builder that thinks with you

Give it the vibe, the budget, the people. It drafts a week you can argue with. Swap a museum for a day trip and the rest of the plan holds.

  3. 03

Friends in the plan, not in a side chat

Invite the crew into the same trip. Chat sits on the itinerary. When someone says they hate mornings, the week can change while you’re still talking.

  4. 04

    Agencies bid. You choose.

Publish the finished itinerary. Agencies bid on the trip you built — not a generic package. You pick on ratings and a price that holds up.

  5. 05

    Pay in the platform. Done.

The agency joins the group. You finalize the deal and pay through Serend. The receipt lives with the trip — not in a thread you’ll lose.

Common questions

Write to the team. hello@serend-ai.com. Someone will read it.

What is Serend?

One platform for a whole trip. Research a destination, build the itinerary with AI, invite friends, let agencies bid on the finished plan, pick who you trust, and pay — without leaving Serend.

How does the itinerary builder work?

You give it a destination, dates, and a few constraints. It drafts a day-by-day plan with times and places. Accept, swap, or rewrite any part. When you change Tuesday, Wednesday doesn’t break.

Can friends edit the trip?

Yes. Everyone you invite sees the same itinerary and the same chat. Anyone can propose a change. Serend can apply it live so the group isn’t working from three versions of the plan.

How do agency bids work?

When you publish, agencies see the itinerary you actually built. They bid to operate that trip. You compare ratings and price, pick one, and they join the group to finalize.

How do I know an agency is worth picking?

Each bid shows ratings and a clear price for your itinerary. You choose. Serend doesn’t pick for you, and you don’t have to publish at all if you just want the plan.

How does payment work?

Once you and the agency agree, you pay through Serend. The deal and the receipt live with the trip — not in a side thread.

Do I have to use an agency?

No. Solo and Crew both work if you just want research, an itinerary, and a group. Publishing for bids is optional.

Is Serend live? Which destinations?

We’re in private beta. Join the waitlist and start planning when we open your spot. The builder is destination-agnostic — city breaks first, anywhere you want to go.
